FAQ

I specialize in working with teens (ages 15-18) and adults navigating chronic pain or physical symptoms, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to explore what's going on with compassion and curiosity.

Therapy

For those navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or life transitions. Therapy is a clinical service that provides a safe, structured space for emotional healing and mental health support.

Coaching

For those seeking clarity, confidence, or direction. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on personal growth, mindset, and empowerment.

While therapy addresses more profound emotional healing, coaching helps you move forward purposefully. Both are grounded in support, compassion, and cultural connection.

All sessions are offered online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. I've found that many clients feel more comfortable opening up from the privacy of their own space, and this flexibility can be especially helpful for those managing pain or a busy schedule.

My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be where you feel seen, valued, and never judged. That said, I also know that growth sometimes means leaning into discomfort, and I'll gently encourage you when it feels like the right time to dig a little deeper. My work is grounded in self-compassion, and I tailor sessions to what you need most—whether that's insight, tools, or simply a place to land.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, and we can adjust the frequency based on what feels right for you as things progress.

For teens, I offer a supportive space where they can explore emotions, identity, stress, and self-esteem without pressure or judgment. I work to build trust at their own pace and involve parents or caregivers appropriately, while always respecting the teen's confidentiality and autonomy.

I'm a private-pay provider and do not directly accept insurance. However, if you reside in California and your medical plan is PPO-based, I can provide Superbills to submit to your insurance. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on the honor system—no proof of income is required. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss options.

Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine whether we're a good fit. It's a chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work—no pressure or commitment.

Yes—confidentiality is a core part of therapy. There are a few legal exceptions (like concerns about immediate safety), which I'll review in our first session so you feel clear and informed.

You can book a free consultation or message me through my contact form. I'd love to hear from you.
